Eat your veggies: Why more Australians are becoming vegetarians

Once upon a time, the ‘meat-and-two-veg’ was a staple on the Australian dinner table. But as Australia changed, so did our eating habits. Now, more than 2 million Australians say they eat little to no meat and that number is only rising. President of the Australian Vegetarian Society Mark Berriman says that the main reason that Australians are cutting out meat is for their health. Mark spoke to ABC Overnights about all the reasons people are making the switch and how to overcome the most common hurdles for cutting out meat in your diet.
